Elite provides accounting, administrative and advisory services to a 172-unit high rise oceanfront condominium association in North Wildwood.  Elite was initially contracted to provide full property management services and guide the Association through a multi-million dollar multi-phase exterior rehabilitation project.  Following completion of the rehabilitation projects, Elite has transitioned into an accounting, administrative and advisory role.

Elite provides accounting, administrative and advisory services to a 224-unit mixed-use oceanfront residential and commercial condominium property in Wildwood. 

Elite provides accounting and administrative services to a non-rental 24-unit luxury residential oceanfront condominium property in Wildwood Crest. 

Elite provides full-service property management to a 125-unit luxury condominium property in Diamond Beach.

Elite provides accounting, administrative and advisory services to a 56-unit residential condominium property in Diamond Beach.

Elite provides advisory and consulting services to a six-unit condominium in Wildwood Crest.

Elite & OPMC provide accounting, administrative and advisory services to several smaller (under 40 units) condominium associations throughout the Wildwoods.

OPMC provides administrative and accounting services to a commercial condominium association located in downtown Wildwood. 

OPMC currently provides accounting, administrative and advisory services to this 72-unit residential bayside condominium located in Ocean City.  OPMC provided full-service property management from 2004 through the end of 2020 before transitioning into accounting and administrative services in January 2021.

OPMC provides accounting and administrative services to a 23-unit homeowners association located in Cape May. 

OPMC provides accounting, administrative and advisory services to a 22-unit residential bayfront condominium located in Stone Harbor. 

OPMC provides accounting, administrative and advisory services to an historic 8-unit condominium located in the heart of Victorian Cape May. 

OPMC provides accounting, administrative and advisory services to an 18-unit luxury residential homeowners association located in North Wildwood.
